New Year, New Season, New Contenders in Maine

The 2023 Belfast Invitational kicked off as one of the first tournaments of the year last Saturday, December 9th at Belfast Area High School. There were 13 different teams in attendance. At last year's tournament, Wells High School walked away winning the tournament in dominant fashion. But the results are a little bit different this year.

Team Race

The team race was interesting this time around with a dominant Dirigo team putting up 166.5 points, beating out all other teams. Oxford Hills was a strong second, Mountain Valley, defending champion Wells, and Camden Hills were neck and neck until the last matches of the tournament.
